A. Returns and Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable/non-returnable after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Products that do not meet the stated specifications may be returned or refunded. In such cases, customers must contact us within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase at klantenservice@getbrave.nl and submit a return or refund request, stating the reason. We will review the request and respond accordingly.
If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they may request a return or refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase by contacting klantenservice@evoria.nl, including a description and a photo of the defective product to support their request.
Once we approve a return or refund request, the customer must send the defective/damaged product to our agent’s address, which will be provided via email after approval.
For any returns or refunds, the customer is responsible for their own shipping costs.
If a refund is approved, the funds will be refunded directly to the debit/credit card used for the purchase once we have safely received the product.
B. No Liability for Courier Services
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the courier/shipping service.
- International customs fees or charges.
- Products lost or damaged during transit — the courier/shipping service becomes responsible once our representative hands over the parcels.
- Items marked as delivered by the postal service. Please contact your local post office for further information regarding your parcel.
If there are any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking information may take 1-4 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but you could still receive your order. Please contact us if the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking confirms the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, you will need to contact the courier/shipping company to investigate. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered at your order address.
We are not responsible if a package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time, as processing your order can take 1-2 business days, and we cannot be held responsible for courier guarantees. If your item does not arrive on time, please contact the courier/shipping company.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at klantenservice@evoria.nl. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee any changes.
We cannot guarantee whether you will be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government. Please contact your local customs office for applicable fees and rates for packages arriving from outside your country.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, and local taxes imposed by their country. We are unable to provide details about these charges and recommend contacting your local customs or tax office for the relevant costs for parcels arriving from abroad.
C. Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that the product was defective upon arrival at our warehouse.
We will not issue refunds for products that are not returned.
If we receive a package returned by the courier due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volumes, dispatch may be delayed by a few hours. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping is always free for orders over €44.99. Due to local dispatch from our warehouse, delivery typically takes around 10-12 business days.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within the first 10 hours after placing it. Please send your cancellation or modification request immediately to klantenservice@getbrave.nl. After 10 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as your order may already be in transit. In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
